Intervju: Zlata Tavčar, Tax-Fin-Lex, razvila prvo pravno umetno inteligenco TFL AI
Zlata Tavčar je ustanoviteljica in direktorica družbe Tax-Fin-Lex, ki se že 20 let ponaša s pravno-poslovnim portalom z ažurnimi pravnimi, davčnimi in finančnimi informacijami v Sloveniji. V družbi so tokrat razvili prvo pravno umetno inteligenco TFL AI, ki v skladu s trenutno veljavno zakonodajo, sodno prakso in strokovnimi članki odgovarja na vprašanja, kot so, kako zaposliti ali odpustiti delavca, kako sestaviti pogodbo iz določenega področja, koliko kazni je ob določenem prometnem prekršku itd.
Kdaj in od kod ideja za ta projekt?
Ko je pred 30 leti pogledal luč sveta internet, smo se vsi čudili temu velikemu razvojnemu koraku. Za danes lahko rečemo, da je tako velik razvojni korak umetna inteligenca. Ta bo po mojem mnenju bistveno posegla tako v poslovno kot v druga področja našega življenja.
V 20 letih delovanja družbe Tax-Fin-Lex smo na njem zbrali več kot milijon preverjenih informacij. Na portalu je vsa veljavna in razveljavljena zakonodaja, sodna praksa vseh slovenskih sodišč in strokovni članki s publikacij. Dodali smo mu tudi grafično časovnico, kjer lahko uporabnik z lahkoto najde katerokoli preteklo verzijo zakona, ki ga išče.
Taka profesionalna baza urejenih podatkov je kar klicala po novem izzivu – nadgradnji z umetno inteligenco.
Rekli ste, da je bila ena od vaših prioritet projekta preverjeni podatki in varnost.
Tako je. Pravna umetna inteligenca uporablja izključno podatke, ki so na portalu Tax-Fin-Lex. Ti podatki so preverjeni, ves čas jih ažuriramo in na ta način je dosežena varnost naših uporabnikov.
Kako ste se pravzaprav lotili razvoja pravne umetne inteligence?
Za izvedbo projekta smo se povezali z največjimi strokovnjaki na tem področju. Naša IT ekipa je intenzivno sodelovala s pravniki in doktorji znanosti, ki so svojo kariero začeli na Inštitutu Jožefa Štefana. Rezultat sodelovanja je implementacija pravilnih procedur in model, ki lahko pravilno deluje.
Med drugim ste dejali, da ste to orodje razvijali v zadnje pol leta, ampak na podlagi vaših že več kot 20 let intenzivnih sodelovanj in dela na pravnem področju.
Drži. Z razvojem pravne umetne inteligence smo začeli lani junija. Decembra smo javnosti predstavili prvo funkcionalnost, to je TFL AI Analiza sodb, kjer lahko uporabniki zelo hitro in preprosto preberejo sodbe, dobijo povzetke in izvlečke. Pred kratkim pa smo prvi funkcionalnosti dodali beta verzijo druge funkcionalnosti naše pravne umetne inteligence, ki smo jo poimenovali TFL AI Chat. Gre za prvi pravni chat, ki bo iskal oziroma spraševal po veljavni zakonodaji, neveljavni zakonodaji vseh sodb slovenskih sodišč in po vseh strokovnih člankih, ki jih imamo na našem portalu. Tu ne gre za iskanje, ampak za kreiranje odgovorov na enostavna ali zelo zapletena pravna vprašanja.
Kako pravna umetna inteligenca deluje v praksi? Kako torej zaposliti delavca ali ga odpustiti z njeno pomočjo?
Odgovor pravne umetne inteligence bo odvisen od tega, ali boste za vprašanje izbrali, da ta išče le po veljavni zakonodaji ali tudi po sodnih odločbah. Pravno umetno inteligenco smo razvili tako za pravne strokovnjake kot tudi za laike. Laik lahko vpraša, kako zakonito odpustiti delavca in mu potem zakonodaja ponudi odgovor glede na to, kar velja danes in ob tem citira ustrezno relevantno zakonodajo.
Velika prednost programa je tudi v tem, da ga lahko išče in odgovarja na vprašanja, ki se navezujejo na preteklost.
Tako je. Pravno umetno inteligenco morate v tem primeru vprašati na način: »Kako zakonito odpustiti delavca, ki smo ga zaposlili s 3. 5. 2015?« Tako boste dobili relevanten odgovor s takrat veljavno zakonodajo, sodno prakso in ostalimi dokumenti. Največji pravni strokovnjaki lahko seveda pri spraševanju uporabljajo institute in druga pravna orodja in izraze, ki jih uporabljajo pri svojem delu.
Kako gledate na prihodnost umetne inteligence?
Pomembno je, da se zavedamo, da se bo pravna umetna inteligenca oziroma na splošno vsa umetna inteligenca bliskovito razvijala. V tem trenutku je pomembno, da bodo pravniki s tem orodjem zagotovo prihranili svoj čas. Prepričana sem, da bodo vplivali tudi na višjo produktivnost dela in svoj čas koristno porabili za kaj drugega. Ob tem ne smemo pozabiti, da je to le orodje in da je vedno treba kritično presojati rezultate, ki jih pravna ali katera koli druga umetna inteligenca vrača. Menim, da je prvič v zgodovini sedaj trenutek, ko bo človeško znanje zares cenjeno, kajti le tisti, ki bo imel osnovno znanje, bo lahko kompetentno presojal rezultate umetne inteligence.
