Okusno in preprosto: Piščančji sendvič

Če iščete hitro in hranljivo kosilo, je ta piščančji sendvič popolna izbira. Kombinacija svežih sestavin, hrustljavega kruha in sočnega piščanca bo zadovoljila tudi najzahtevnejše gurmane. S preprostimi navodili ga boste lahko pripravili v manj kot 30 minutah.

Sestavine, ki jih boste potrebovali za 2 osebi:

  • 2 piščančja fileja (približno 150 g vsak),
  • 4 rezine polnozrnatega kruha,
  • 4 rezine hrustljave slanine,
  • 1 večji paradižnik, narezan na tanke rezine,
  • 4 večji listi zelene solate,
  • 2 kisli kumarici, narezani na tanke rezine,
  • 2 žlici majoneze,
  • sol in poper po okusu,
  • olivno olje za pečenje.

Navodila za pripravo:

Piščančja fileja rahlo začinite s soljo in poprom. Segrejte žlico olivnega olja v ponvi na srednji temperaturi in piščanca pecite približno 6–8 minut na vsaki strani, dokler ni popolnoma pečen. Nato ga pustite počivati nekaj minut in narežite na tanke rezine.

V ločeni ponvi popražite slanino, dokler ni hrustljava. Odvečno maščobo odcedite na papirnati brisači.

Kruh popecite na rebrasti ponvi ali opekaču, da postane lepo hrustljav. Vsako rezino kruha premažite z majonezo. Na spodnjo polovico sendviča položite liste solate, nekaj rezin paradižnika, kislo kumarico, rezine pečenega piščanca in hrustljavo slanino. Na koncu pokrijte z drugo rezino kruha.

Sendviče prerežite na pol in postrezite s prilogo po izbiri, na primer s kislimi kumaricami ali doma pripravljenim krompirčkom.

Nasvet:

Za dodaten okus lahko majonezo zmešate z malo gorčice ali česna v prahu. Kruh lahko zamenjate tudi z brezglutenskim, če želite bolj zdravo različico.
