Potem ko ga je Golob vrgel čez ramo, bo Merlo kandidiral na Listi zelenih
Direktor postojnske porodnišnice Aleksander Merlo, ki je bil še na začetku aprila glavni kandidat za nosilca liste Gibanja Svoboda, bo na prihajajočih evropskih volitvah kandidiral na listi Zelenih Slovenije. Kot so potrdili v pogovoru za Televizijo Slovenija, bo Merlo zasedal deveto, torej zadnje mesto na strankini listi.
Golob in Merlo: Nove podrobnosti brutalnega “meta čez ramo”
Kot smo že poročali je zdravnik Aleksander Merlo, ki je bil predviden kot nosilec kandidatne liste Gibanja Svoboda za prihajajoče evropske volitve, to priložnost nepričakovano, tudi zanj, nenadoma izgubil. Požareport navaja, da sta se na ponedeljkovo sejo sveta Gibanja Svoboda premier Robert Golob in dr. Aleksander Merlo odpravila skupaj v Golobovem službenem vozilu. Merlo pa je potem na seji nepričakovano izvedel, da ne bo nosilec liste na evropskih volitvah. Po šokantni novici je Merlo častno odstopil od kandidature. Kljub tesnemu prijateljstvu Golob med vožnjo Merlu ni nakazal ali omenil, da ga čaka tako radikalen obrat dogodkov… več tukaj.
Nejc Škof, generalni sekretar Zelenih Slovenije, je pojasnil, da je Merlo soglašal s predlagano pozicijo, vendar obstaja možnost, da bo njegovo mesto na listi še spremenjeno: “Merlo je podal soglasje in se strinja tudi s kandidaturo na zadnjem, devetem mestu. Lahko pa da ga bomo uvrstili tudi kam višje na listi.”
Stranka Zelenih Slovenije še ni vložila kandidaturne liste pri Državni volilni komisiji, vendar so preko družbenih omrežij že začeli zbirati podpise podpore. Med kandidati, ki so bili prej povezani z Gibanjem Svoboda, je tudi poslanka Mojca Šetinc Pašek, ki pa svoje kandidature še ni uradno potrdila.
Zeleni Slovenije na letošnjih evropskih volitvah stremijo k večji zastopanosti članov, ki so bili prej aktivni v drugih političnih gibanjih, kar kaže tudi primer Klemna Grošlja, trenutnega evropskega poslanca Gibanja Svoboda, ki se je prav tako odločil za kandidaturo na listi Zelenih.

Po napetem odnosu z aktualnim premierjem Golobom se evroposlanec LMŠ in Gibanja Svoboda, Klemen Grošelj, vnovič obrača k volivcem, da bi pridobil podporo za svojo novo politično iniciativo, poroča 24ur. Razkol v stranki je privedel do oblikovanja nove politične skupine, ki se pozicionira kot liberalno-zelena alternativa.
Po informacijah 24ur, je Grošelj po politični ločitvi od Gibanja Svoboda, zaradi blokade njegovih ambicij za ponovno kandidaturo v Bruslju, zdaj usmerjen v kreiranje nove politične alternative. Grošelj je izrazil optimizem glede nove politične poti, kljub temu, da še čaka na uradno potrditev sodelovanja Mojce Šetinc Pašek, odpadnice iz Svobode. “Gre za liberalno zeleni krog. V luči prihajajočih evropskih volitev je Gibanje Svoboda, največja vladna stranka v Sloveniji, doživelo nepričakovan pretres. Klemen Grošelj, eden izmed dveh obstoječih evropskih poslancev, ki sta bila prvotno izvoljena pod zastavo LMŠ in sta veljala za zanesljiva kandidata na tokratnih volitvah, je po navajanju časnika Delo, ki se pri poročanju sklicuje na neuradne informacije sporočil svoj odstop s kandidatne liste strank… več tukaj.
