Quiche s šparglji
Začetek pomladi prinaša s seboj sveže okuse, med katerimi izstopajo šparglji. Ta recept za quiche s šparglji je popolna jed za vse, ki želijo uživati v lahki in okusni pomladni poslastici. Quiche je preprost za pripravo in je odličen tako za elegantno večerjo kot za sproščeno nedeljsko brunch.
Sestavine (za 6 oseb):
- 1 paket svežih špargljev (približno 250 g),
- 1 že pripravljeno testo za pito ali krhko testo,
- 200 ml smetane za kuhanje,
- 100 g naribanega sira (npr. gruyere ali cheddar),
- 4 jajca,
- 1 šalotka, drobno sesekljana,
- 2 žlici oljčnega olja,
- sol in sveže mlet črni poper po okusu,
- ščepec muškatnega oreščka,
- nekaj vejic svežega timijana.
Postopek priprave:
Priprava špargljev:
- Šparglje očistite, odstranite olesenele dele in jih narežite na približno 3 cm dolge kose.
- V ponvi na srednje močnem ognju segrejte oljčno olje in na hitro popražite šparglje, da postanejo rahlo mehki (približno 3-5 minut). Dodajte šalotko in pražite še 2 minuti. Odstranite s toplote.
Priprava osnove za quiche:
V skledi dobro premešajte jajca, smetano, nariban sir, sol, poper, muškatni orešček in timijan. Dodajte popražene šparglje in šalotko ter premešajte.
Sestavljanje quiche-a:
- Pečico segrejte na 180°C.
- Testo razvaljajte in z njim obložite namaščen pekač za pite. Z vilico večkrat prebodite dno testa.
- Po testu enakomerno razporedite mešanico špargljev in prelijte z jajčno smetanovo mešanico.
Pečenje:
- Quiche pecite v ogreti pečici 25-30 minut, dokler vrh ne postane zlato rjav in se nadev strdi.
- Pred serviranjem pustite, da se quiche nekoliko ohladi.
Quiche s šparglji je odlična izbira za vse, ki iščejo okusno in hranljivo jed, ki je hkrati preprosta za pripravo. Postrezite ga s svežo sezonsko solato za popoln pomladni obrok.
Dodatni nasveti:
- Za bolj rustikalen okus lahko dodate nekaj slanine ali prekajenega tofuja.
- Quiche lahko pripravite tudi z drugimi svežimi pomladnimi zelenjavami, kot so mlada špinača ali rukola.
