Bo vlada za gradnjo stanovanj uvedla nov davek in dodatno obremenila gospodarstvo?
V iskanju učinkovitih rešitev za perečo stanovanjsko problematiko se vlada Roberta Goloba sooča s ključnim vprašanjem: kako zagotoviti potrebna finančna sredstva za gradnjo 3000 novih javnih stanovanj. Po poročanju 24ur, koalicijske stranke trenutno usklajujejo podrobnosti novega zakona o dostopnih stanovanjih, ki bi lahko pomembno prispeval k reševanju stanovanjske krize.
Kot je za 24ur povedal državni sekretar Klemen Ploštajner, se ministrstvo za solidarno prihodnost zavzema za dokapitalizacijo državnega stanovanjskega sklada z dodatnimi 100 milijoni evrov letno, kar bi omogočilo gradnjo omenjenih stanovanj. Vendar pa pridobitev teh sredstev še ni zagotovljena. Med predlaganimi rešitvami je uvedba nepremičninskega davka in dodatna obdavčitev večjih podjetij, ki bi za gradnjo javnih stanovanj prispevala po 10.000 evrov, če njihovi letni prihodki presegajo milijon evrov.
Stanovanjska kriza se še zaostruje zaradi visokih cen nepremičnin, še posebej v Ljubljani, kjer cene enosobnih stanovanj, zgrajenih po letu 2020, dosegajo povprečno 223.000 evrov. “Na zadnji, 20. razpis za neprofitna stanovanja, smo prejeli več kot 3500 vlog za samo 200 enot,” je za 24ur izpostavil Sašo Rink, direktor Javnega stanovanjskega sklada MOL, kar kaže na veliko potrebo po dostopnejših stanovanjskih rešitvah.
Medtem ko se zakonodajne rešitve šele oblikujejo, pa je ljubljanski župan Zoran Janković že napovedal možne ukrepe za znižanje cen stanovanj: “Treba je omejiti Airbnb na določen čas uporabe. Mislim, da je zakon v pripravi in bo prišel ven. Drugi pogoj je, da država končno omogoči večje število postelj za študente. Minister Papič ima zdaj na razpolago tri variante za 1700 postelj.”
Na koncu bo, kot kaže, ključno vlogo odigral finančni minister Klemen Boštjančič, ki bo moral najti pravo ravnovesje med potrebnimi investicijami in ohranjanjem finančne stabilnosti države. Po poročanju 24ur bo od njegove odločitve odvisno, ali bodo načrti za nova javna stanovanja ostali le na papirju ali pa se bodo dejansko uresničili.
