Delovno sodišče: Razrešitev Uroša Urbanije je bila zakonita
Delovno sodišče v Ljubljani je zavrnilo tožbo Uroša Urbanije, nekdanjega direktorja Televizije Slovenija, ki je izpodbijal zakonitost svoje izredne odpovedi. Urbanija je bil s položaja razrešen avgusta 2023 po ugotovitvah nepravilnosti s strani novega predsednika uprave RTV Slovenija, Zvezdana Martića.
Urbanija je prejel izredno odpoved, ko je Martić ob nastopu funkcije ugotovil, da je Urbanija dal pooblastilo za zastopanje RTV Slovenija osebi, ki v tistem času ni bila zaposlena na RTV-ju. Pooblastilo naj bi bilo izdano brez pisnega soglasja tedanjega generalnega direktorja RTV-ja, Andreja Graha Whatmougha. Urbanija je vztrajal, da je bil Grah Whatmough seznanjen s situacijo in da pisno pooblastilo ni bilo potrebno.
Vendar je delovno sodišče ugotovilo, da je Urbanija s prenosom pooblastil na nekdanjo zaposleno, upokojeno Ireno Bočko, kršil predpise RTV Slovenija. “Iz obrazložitve izhaja, da upokojeni Ireni Bočko ni bila dana omejitev glede višine računov in da je Urbanija, s tem ko je svoja pooblastila prenesel na njo, kršil predpise RTV Slovenija in dano pooblastilo nekdanjega v. d. generalnega direktorja RTV Slovenija,” so za RTV Slovenija sporočili s Službe za komuniciranje.
Na podlagi teh ugotovitev je sodišče zaključilo, da je bila razrešitev Uroša Urbanije zakonita, s čimer je zavrnilo njegovo tožbo. Urbanija je napovedal, da bo odločitev izpodbijal na višjih instancah.
