Kaj je starševska izgorelost, kako se spopasti z njo?
Starševska izgorelost je pojav, ki postaja vse bolj prepoznan in raziskovan. Pojem se nanaša na stanje ekstremne utrujenosti, čustvene izčrpanosti in zmanjšane osebne učinkovitosti, ki lahko prizadene starše, ko se dolgo časa spopadajo z visokimi zahtevami starševstva brez ustreznega opora ali virov. Razumevanje tega stanja, njegovih vzrokov, simptomov in strategij za obvladovanje je ključnega pomena za dobrobit staršev in posledično za zdrav razvoj njihovih otrok.
Kaj je starševska izgorelost?
Starševska izgorelost je posebna oblika izgorelosti, ki se specifično nanaša na izkušnje staršev.
